Claude Project Kit for Solo Consultants

Every Claude conversation you start knows nothing about your practice. Fix that once, in 30 minutes.
A ready-to-load Claude Project for consultant client work: a tuned instructions block, four knowledge-base templates you fill in once, a setup guide, and the whole thing shown filled-in for a worked example. After setup, every chat starts already knowing your ICP, your offers, your rate floor, your voice, and your active clients.
The problem this fixes
It's Tuesday. You open Claude to draft a client update and spend the first five minutes re-explaining who the client is, what you agreed, and how you write — again. The draft comes back generic anyway, because a paragraph of re-typed context is not your practice. Multiply by every conversation, every week. That's the tax this kit removes.
What you get
-
A tuned project-instructions block (under 400 words) — paste into your Project once. Includes the anti-fabrication rule (gaps get marked
[NEEDED: …]instead of filled with plausible inventions), your rate floor as a hard line, and when Claude should ask vs. proceed. -
Four knowledge-base templates —
icp.md(who you serve, who you don't),services-and-offers.md(offers, scope boundaries, rate floor),positioning-and-voice.md(how you sound, your strike list), andclient-context-template.md(one per active engagement: decisions log, open items, per-client rules). - A 30-minute setup guide — create the Project, paste, fill, upload, run the test conversation that proves it works.
- The one-pager brief template — the 5-section brief for tasks outside the Project, with the 90-second self-check.
- Model notes, kept current — a one-pager on which Claude model to pick per task, including what the June 2026 Claude Fable 5 release changes for consultants. Models change; updated notes arrive as free download updates.
- A full worked example — the entire kit filled in for a fictional funnel-diagnostics practice mid-engagement (the same Acme Widgets through-line as our other products). When a blank feels hard, look at the same section done.
- Notion-importable copies of every fillable template, plus a 60-second import guide covering the Notion round trip.
Who this is for
Solo consultants and small-agency owners (1–5 people) who bill $100–$250/hr, use Claude for client work most days, and have never built a persistent setup — every conversation still starts from a blank box.
Who this is not for
- Anyone not yet using Claude on real client work — the templates organize a practice; they don't invent one. Get a few weeks of real use first.
- Developers wanting a Claude Code or API setup — this kit is for the Claude app (web/desktop), deliberately. No CLI anywhere in it.
- Anyone whose AI tool is ChatGPT — Projects are a Claude feature, and this kit is honest about being Claude-specific. (The brief template and the thinking transfer; the setup doesn't.)
Why now
Anthropic's June 2026 release (Claude Fable 5) made one thing explicit in their own guidance: the model does notably better work when it has persistent context about you to consult while it works. That context is exactly what this kit loads. Setup always paid; the new model pays it at a higher rate — and the same files keep paying on every release after this one.
What it won't do
It won't do the judgment, the relationships, or the advice you actually bill for — and it won't make Claude useful with the blanks unfilled. The 20 minutes you spend on the four docs is you teaching Claude your practice. That part only you can do; this kit just makes it a fill-in instead of a blank page.

Pairs with
-
Proposal-Closer Prompt Pack ($37) — the deepest version of one workflow (discovery call → signed proposal, 8 chained prompts). The Kit is the workspace those prompts run best in; its
icp.mdis the grown-up version of the Pack's quickstart block. - The Solo Consultant's AI Playbook ($47) — the operating model: what to hand AI, what to keep, across the whole practice. The Kit is the setup; the Playbook is the thinking.
- The Solo Operator's SOP Bundle ($97) — ten written procedures for the recurring operational work. SOPs define your standards; the Kit makes Claude apply them in every draft.
FAQ
Can't I build this myself from free blog guides?
Yes — the same way you can write your own SOPs from scratch. The guides tell you a Project should have instructions and knowledge files; the kit ships the finished artifacts: a tested instructions block with the anti-fabrication and rate-floor rules already written, four templates with sane defaults, and a worked example showing what specific-enough looks like. You're buying the assembled version of a weekend of assembling.
Do I need Claude Fable 5?
No. The kit works on any current Claude model and any paid plan — Projects are the feature it builds on, not any specific model. The June 2026 release just raised the payoff on having it set up.
How is this different from the Proposal-Closer Pack?
The Pack is a workflow — eight prompts that walk one specific job (proposals) end to end. The Kit is the workspace — the standing setup every conversation starts from, whatever the task. They share the same ICP framing and worked example on purpose; own both and they snap together.
What exactly do I have to fill in?
Four documents: who you serve, what you sell and at what floor, how you sound, and one context file per active client. About 20 minutes for the first three plus 5 minutes per client, with a filled-in example to calibrate against. If you can answer those questions about your own practice, you can fill the blanks.
Refund policy?
We don't do refunds on digital products once downloaded, but if the kit genuinely doesn't work for your situation, reply to your purchase receipt. We'll make it right.
