Proposal-Closer Prompt Pack

Turn a discovery call into a signed proposal in 20 minutes, not 3 hours.
Eight Claude-first prompts that walk a deal from discovery call to signed proposal — debrief, ICP check, scope, pricing, drafting, objection-handling, follow-up, deal debrief. Built for solo consultants and small agency owners who already use AI but not well. Paste-and-go. Includes a drop-in Claude skill and a full worked example.
The problem this fixes
You just had a discovery call. It went well. Now you have three hours on Friday morning to write the proposal, price the engagement, and send it before the prospect cools off. You'll open Claude, type “write a proposal for…,” get something generic back, rewrite most of it, second-guess the price, and send it anyway.
That's the workflow this pack replaces.
What you get
8 production prompts, each with a specific job:
- Discovery Debrief — paste your messy call notes, get a structured read you can act on in 5 minutes
- ICP Fit Check — decide in 3 minutes whether this deal is worth proposing for
- Scope Generator — three scope options (Small / Right-Sized / Expansive) with deliverables, hours, and assumptions
- Pricing Anchor — specific prices with the anchor logic to justify each one
- Proposal Draft — a full proposal under 500 words, in your voice, that you edit instead of rewrite
- Objection Handler — three response options when the client pushes back (stand firm / flex / walk away)
- Follow-Up Sequence — a 3-email cadence for when the proposal goes quiet
- Deal Debrief — the compounding prompt that makes your next proposal better than this one
A drop-in Claude skill — skill/proposal-closer/ goes into ~/.claude/skills/. Claude auto-activates the right prompt when you describe your situation.
A full worked example — the Acme Widgets engagement, all 8 prompts, end-to-end. When a prompt confuses you, look at the same prompt in the example. That's what a good output looks like.
Who this is for
Solo consultants and small agency owners (1–5 people) who bill $100–$250/hr, write 3–8 proposals/month, and already use Claude or ChatGPT — but haven't figured out how to make AI actually save them the hours it's supposed to.
Who this is not for
- Anyone selling products (not services) — these prompts are scoped for service engagements.
- First-time consultants who haven't done 10+ deals yet — you need the scar tissue these prompts are designed to amplify.
- Anyone looking for a magic “auto-close deals” button. This is leverage, not a lottery ticket.
Why Claude-first
Claude consistently produces sharper business-reasoning output on structured tasks — especially the debrief, ICP check, and objection handler. Every prompt also includes a ChatGPT-compatible note at the bottom if GPT is your daily driver. Both work. Claude wins on nuance.
Format & delivery
- Instant download, ~30KB zipped
- All files are plain Markdown — open in any editor, paste into any AI tool
- Works on Mac, Windows, Linux, iPad, phone
- Free updates for life — we ship new versions based on buyer feedback
What it won't do
Write a better proposal than you can write in four hours of deep focus on your best day. It will get you 70% of the way there in 2 minutes, which — on a random Tuesday with three other fires — is much more valuable.
FAQ
What's the difference between this and buying a “100 ChatGPT prompts” pack for $9?
Those are lists of standalone prompts. This is an 8-step workflow where each prompt's output feeds the next. The debrief informs the ICP check; the ICP check gates the scope; the scope produces the prices; the prices ground the proposal. It's a system, not a bag.
Do I need Claude to use this?
No. Every prompt works in ChatGPT too. Claude is sharper on the business-reasoning tasks (debrief, ICP, objections), so it's our recommendation. But the prompts are tool-agnostic.
Will this work for my niche (SEO, design, content, coaching, dev)?
Yes. The prompts are scoped for service engagements generally — the variables (ICP, hourly floor, deliverable types) are your inputs. Adjust once, reuse forever.
Refund policy?
We don't do refunds on digital products once downloaded, but if the pack genuinely doesn't work for your situation, reply to your purchase receipt. We'll make it right.
